Discwoman x Creamcake to host upcoming free DJ workshop for women and LGBT people

DJ Haram, BEARCAT, HD, Ziúr and Yanling will also play the afterparty at OHM Berlin

Aiming to empower women and LGBT people in electronic music, New York-based DJ collective Discwoman and party-organisers Creamcake are teaming up to host an upcoming free DJ workshop for women and LGBT people at OHM in Berlin on 13 August.

The workshop runs from 7-9pm on the night and encourages women and LGBT people to bring their own music on USB sticks for an introduction to digital music player CDJ 2000. No previous background in DJing is required, and participants can register via hi@creamcake.de.

The afterparty will feature rising club producer DJ Haram, DJ and producer BEARCAT, fashion world favourite HD, Peaches affiliate Ziúr and Zurich’s dark rave revivalist Yanling.
