fabric to appeal licensing decision

Sources confirm that fabric will appeal against Islington council’s decision to revoke their license

fabric and the Night Time Industries Association (NTIA) are gearing up to fight the decision taken by Islington Council to revoke the club’s license. The NTIA are currently attempting to raise up to £500,000 in order to help with the club’s legal fees as they move to appeal the decision.

Speaking to Mixmag, NTIA Deputy Chair and Proud Gallery owner Alexander Proud revealed that the club will fight against the decision and that he is adamant that they will win the appeal.

The NTIA have said they will call on their members as well as the 150,000 members of public who signed the recent #SaveFabric petition to donate to the fund.
