Whilst co-hosting Benji B’s show on BBC Radio 1 Yorke played a selection of tracks and hinted that he wants to follow up the trio’s 2011 EP
Thom Yorke appeared as a guest host on Benji B’s Radio 1 show last night. The Radiohead frontman played a selection of tracks including cuts from Burial, Frank Ocean, Death Grips and a previously unheard remix of MF DOOM’s Gazillion Ear. Yorke also hinted, during the show, that he’d like to reprise his 2011 project with Burial Four Tet saying that he’s “hoping to do it again soon.” And that he, “did another thing, but the vocal was too dark, according to Kieran.”
Yorke also mentioned that he is keen to reunite Atoms for Peace and that Radiohead will probably tour again in 2017. Check out Yorke’s playlist below and tune in to the show via the BBC’s iPlayer app.
