Sónar have announced the first wave of names for their flagship Barcelona festival.
The first announcement includes recent Crack cover star Nicolas Jaar, Berlin heavyweights Moderat, Chicago’s finest The Black Madonna and трип label boss Nina Kraviz.
The lineup also features Justice, GAIKA, Clams Casino, De La Soul, Forrest Swords, Cashmere Cat and Nadia Rose.
The Sónar Barcelona concerts will be split into Sónar by Day (held at Fira Montjuïc) and Sónar by Night (held at Fira Gran Via).
The new announcements in full: Justice, Nicolas Jaar, Moderat, Eric Prydz, De La Soul, Nosaj Thing + Daito Manabe, Nina Kraviz, Clams Casino, Fat Freddy’s Drop, The Black Madonna, Amnesia Scanner, Cashmere Cat, Damian Lazarus, Forest Swords, GAIKA, Kinder Malo & Pimp Flaco, LCC, Nadia Rose, Soulection, Stööki Sound & Tommy Cash and a one-off concert at the Auditori of David Lang’s Death Speaks, performed by Stargaze.
