Featuring Stefflon Don, Lorde and Sheryl Crow amongst others

There’s been much discussion over the past few years of the music industry being a boys’ club. In 2015, The Guardian reported that 86% of the line-ups from 12 UK festivals were dominated by male performers.

It’s been announced today (18 May) that Later… with Jools Holland will be hosting its first all-female line-up for their latest episode. Viewers will be able to tune in to watch the instalment on 23 May at 10PM (BST) and 26 May at 11.05PM (BST).

The line-up will feature rising talent Stefflon Don, Lorde, Sheryl Crow, the iconic Jane Birkin, award-winning artist Oumou Sangaré, self-described gothic-folk singer-songwriter Aldous Harding and East London five-piece outfit Pumarosa.

Prep yourself for the episode and read up on Crack’s feature with Stefflon Don. Recently, South London rapper Dave gave a powerful performance of Picture Me on the show.
