Irish newspaper The Evening Herald have today (10 July) reported on footballer Romelu Lukaku signing for Manchester United and used a photograph of Stormzy, mistaking the footballer for the number-one selling rapper.

Update: The newspaper’s editor, Alan Steenson, has issued this public statement regarding the mistake. It reads:
“Hands up, we got it badly wrong.
Earlier, we made an error with a picture of Romelu Lukaku that wasn’t him. It was Stormzy.
To be honest, we are totally embarrassed and want to say sorry to all involved and our readers for the error. We will keep our eye on the ball in future.
Alan Steenson, Herald Editor”
