Beyoncé remixes reggaeton superstar J Balvin on Puerto Rico charity single

All proceeds will go towards hurricane and earthquake relief charities

Beyoncé features on a remix of Colombian artist J Balvin and Mauritian-French producer Willy William’s hit single Mi Gente. Lending her voice to the track, she sings in English, French and Spanish. The remix has been designed to help fund relief charities. In a statement provided online via her Instagram and website, she said, “I am donating my proceeds from this song to hurricane and earthquake relief charities for Puerto Rico, Mexico and other affected Caribbean islands.”

The star has also provided a link to her BeyGOOD Foundation page, on which she includes links to charity organisations.

The visual for the remix features cameos from Diplo, Cristiano Ronaldo and Martin Garrix.

Recently, Forest Swords released the tracks Congregate and Free in aid of hurricane and earthquake relief charities.
