Wolfgang Voigt will be opening the festival with an audiovisual show
MIRA have announced Wolfgang Voigt’s legendary Gas project for the opening concert. Set to take place on 7 November at L’Auditori de Barcelona, the audiovisual show will include images recorded in Cologne’s Königsforst.
This year, Gas made its return after a 17-year hiatus with the album Narkopop, released in April via Kompakt.
Those who’ve previously been announced for the digital arts festival include Diagonal boss Powell, Kelly Lee Owens and William Basinski amongst others.
