Goldie and his daughter accused of attacking Glastonbury bouncer

Goldie and his 19-year-old daughter, Chance, are to face trial for allegedly attacking a security guard at Glastonbury on 23 June.

The drum’n’bass pioneer allegedly pushed the bouncer and scratched his face after he refused his daughter entry into the backstage area behind the Pyramid Stage. Chance allegedly kicked him as he lay on the ground.

The artist performed a DJ set at the Worthy Farm festival.

The two appeared at Yeovil Magistrates Court and pleaded not guilty to assaulting Dennis Poole. District Judge David Taylor has adjourned the case for a trial date and location to be fixed as they remain on summons.
