Nicolas Jaar features on The Weeknd’s new album My Dear Melancholy

The Weeknd, real name Abel Tesfaye, has enlisted the help of former Crack cover star Nicolas Jaar on the sombre opening track Call Out My Name. The Sirens producer has been credited as a composer.

After sharing a teaser earlier this week, Tesfaye dropped My Dear Melancholy today (30 March). It serves as the follow-up to 2016’s Starboy.

Last December, Jaar shared the track Coin in Nine Hands and released a deluxe version of his 2016 full-length Sirens. In October, he revealed that he had an ambient record in the works, and performed an impromptu Manhattan show, where he debuted the material.
