UK producer Joy O has collaborated with saxophonist Ben Vince for the next Hessle Audio release.
Comprised of two tracks, HES034 will be released on 11 May and is the result of the pair’s studio sessions as well as a manipulation of Vince’s existing recordings. According to the press release, the two-track release explores the “tonal, textural and rhythmic possibilities of Ben’s playing within a focused dancefloor framework”.
Vince is set to release an LP in May, via Where To Now? It’ll feature collaborations with Micachu and Rupert Clervaux. The label’s last release was Pangaea’s EP Bone Sucka in March.
