Italian festival Ortigia Sound System has unveiled the first acts for its upcoming fifth edition.
Set to be held at Sicily’s Ortigia island, the event will run from 25 to 29 July. Former Crack cover star Omar Souleyman joins the line-up, along with Barcelona rap rebel Bad Gyal, London-based jazz fusion artist Kamaal Williams, ascendant UK rapper Flohio and more.
For the festival’s electronic leanings, OSS has booked Call Super, James Holden & the Spirit Animals and Or:la. Bwana and Tasker will be heading to the event as part of Whities’ showcase, and rising talent Mafalda is set to make her Italian debut.
