The experimental artist, otherwise known as Daniel Lopatin, has released two new videos for his upcoming EPs The Station and We’ll Take It.
Describing them as “two tales from the excess/bondage cusp”, the video for The Station features direction and animation from Daylen Seu. Longtime collaborator Nate Boyce and Last Renaissance have been on director duties for We’ll Take It, which incorporates elements from Lopatin’s MYRIAD ‘concertscapes’.
Lopatin’s two forthcoming EPs are due to land on 27 July via Warp, with We’ll Take It being a vinyl-only release. Recently, the artist shared a rejected Usher demo called dejavu and the Japanese bonus track Trance 1.
The Station is also the title of Lopatin’s latest single from his full-length Age Of. Watch the video for the EP via the player above, and watch We’ll Take It below.
