Errorsmith, Actress, Avalon Emerson and more join MUTEK Mexico 2018

Errorsmith

The Mexico City arm of the experimental arts and music festival has made its first artist announcement of 2018.

This year marks the 15th anniversary of MUTEK Mexico City, and to celebrate the festival assembled a line-up that represents the very cutting edge of music, arts and technology. Among the first wave of artists confirmed Pan affiliate Errorsmith – whose 2017 album Superlative Fatigue was his first album in 13 years –  electronic pioneer Wolfgang Voigt, elusive British producer Nathan Fake and Crack Magazine favourite Actress. A new generation of DJs and producers are represented by the likes of Avalon Emerson, Chino Amobi, Amnesia Scanner and Aurora Halal.

Set to take place from 19 to 25 November, the six-day festival will take place across multiple Mexico City venues. To coincide with the first announcement is the release of the Passport ticket, which provides access to all of the festival’s events. There is also a Nocturne Pass, providing access to two Nocturne programmes on the Friday and Saturday.

Head to the MUTEK’s website for more info, and prep yourself for the event by listening to an exclusive playlist from Errorsmith.
