Kamaal Williams has dropped a re-edit of his debut album The Return, flipped by the Wu-Tang Clan.

Made available as a free download via Black Focus, the LP’s surprise drop was accompanied with a description from the artist: “SNIPS WENT AND FLIPPED THE WHOLE ALBUM, THEN CILVARINGZ HEARD IT AND SENT IT TO RZA. AND HERE WE HAVE IT. FROM THE WU DYNASTY DIRECT TO WU TANG”.

Williams, otherwise known as Henry Wu, released The Return in May. The album features the single Catch the Loop. In January, he teamed up with Earl Jeffers on the two-track EP Projections, dropped via Motor City Drum Ensemble and Pablo Valentino’s joint label, MCDE.

In August, Wu revealed that he’d been collaborating with IAMDDB in the studio for a new album.
