Nicolas Jaar announced for Rewire Festival 2019

The Dutch festival returns to The Hague on 29-31 March.

Rewire has added to the programme for its ninth edition. Former Crack Magazine cover star Nicolás Jaar has now been added to the billing, alongside avant-garde musicians Tanya Tagaq, Mark Fell, Iona Fortune & NYX, and Xiu Xiu.

These names and more join a line-up which includes Flohio, Yves Tumor, Gazelle Twin, Tim Hecker, Astrid Sonne, Lafawndah, Giant Swan, Laurel Halo, Lotic and William Basinski.

Rewire is an annual celebration with an extensive line-up curated with a focus on contemporary electronic music, neo-classical, new jazz, experimental pop, sound art and multidisciplinary collaborations. The programme encompasses special concerts, multidisciplinary performances, screenings, talks and workshops.
