Romare tapped for July residency at The Jazz Cafe

Romare

London selector Romare steps up for a month-long residency at The Jazz Cafe.

Romare, otherwise known as Archie Fairhurst, has been announced for a July residency, and it’ll mark the artist’s first headline show at the Camden Town venue. Fairhurst will host every Friday night throughout the month, and enlist a roster of friends and artists to perform alongside him for each night.

The residency will kick off with a night helmed by LB aka Labat and Hollick on 5 July. The following instalment will feature a set by Africaine 808 and a back-to-back session between Yam Records owners Tom and Theo. Polish outfit Gaijin Blues will take to the decks for Romare’s third night, as will Dom Servini, and the residency will be rounded off by sets from Larry De Kat and Alexandria Davenport.
