Meakusma Festival finalises 2019 programme

Meakusma Festival now has a complete line-up.

The Belgian town of Eupen will once again be host to Meakusma Festival, which will run 6-8 September. The festival has just finalised its eclectic billing made up of a curated program of concerts, DJ sets, installations, artist’ talks, workshops and film screenings.

The final line up now includes Berlin-based DJ, producer and LazyTapes label boss Cera Khin, plus a debut performance of Zigtrax – the new acclaimed project of Kassem Mosse, Mix Mup & Tapes.

Also just announced: the first-ever collaboration between NWAQ and Don’t DJ, which will also premiere at the festival. The two artists will also be at Meakusma for a week-long artist residency prior to the event recording new music which will be presented at the festival. Plus Toresch and Klaus Dinger singer Viktoria Wehrmeister will present her solo project “Decha”.

The festival promises a cross section of music, audiovisual projects, and discussions intent on “transcending boundaries.” The new additions join those previously announced including Ben UFO, Elena Colombi, Ben Bertrand, Parris, Nicola Ratti and more.
