Objekt has announced a new audiovisual show in London this September.
DJ and producer Objekt is moving into new audiovisual territories. On 12 September he will perform his first live set in London at Islington Assembly Hall in London. The show is an audiovisual performance featuring material from his 2018 LP Cocoon Crush on PAN, as well as selected works from his earlier discography.
The visual accompaniment to the show has been curated and developed by New-York based visual artist and graphic designer Ezra Miller. The artist works across many different digital disciplines to create real-time generative art, interactive and immersive experiences. His recent collaborations include developing and performing visuals for Yves Tumor’s live act.
Optimo Music artist Lia Mice heads up the support for the live show. Mice creates unique productions, experimenting with old and new technology – analogue samplers, Max/MSP, self-hacked instruments and 8-track tape. Mice’s all-hardware live AV sets incorporate custom-designed instruments and live voice sampling with audio-reactive visuals.
