L.E.V Matadero Festival announces virtual reality programme Vortex

L.E.V Matadero is bringing a host of immersive VR experiences to Madrid later this month.

L.E.V Matadeo Festival have announced Vortex, a new programme of virtual reality projects taking place across the audiovisual festival’s three days. Featuring works from Melodie Mousset, Deletere, Hsin-Chien Huang and more. There will also be chances to see acclaimed made-for-VR films Gloomy Eyes and Battlescar – Punk was invented by girls as well as VR cinema screenings of Das Totale Tanz Theater, a conceptual piece commemorating 100 years of Bauhaus and the tragi-comedy Your Spiritual Temple Sucks.

Vortex marks the final addition to already packed line-up with the likes of Morton Subotnick, Aïsha Devi, Kelly Moran and Alessandro Cortini all set to perform from 17 – 20 October at Matadero in Madrid.
