Round two of Stormzy and Wiley’s grime war comes to a heavy-hitting conclusion with Still Disappointed.
Stormzy has shared a second wardub, this time in response to Wiley’s Eediyat Skengman 2. The latest release in the pair’s ongoing Twitter-beef-turned-grime-war sees the Croydon rapper takes aim at Wiley’s family, particularly his mother, who Stormzy alleges Wiley endangered. “Mumzy banged up abroad, all because her son was a fraud” the Glastonbury headliner raps, continuing “so your dad can’t defend your bro, and you can’t defend your mum and I wonder what she thinks, all the males in your family are weaklings”. On his latest dub, Wiley targetted many of his lyrics at Stormzy’s mum.
In the song, Stormzy also doubles down on his claim to be the “king of grime”, taunting grime fans who criticised him for rapping over a drill beat from Headie One and RV on his first diss track, Disappointed.
Less than an hour before Stormzy dropped Still Disappointed, Wiley shared a video for his latest wardub Eediyat Skengman 2, which was originally released on Tuesday evening. Watch that below and watch the video for Still Disappointed in the payer above.
