The British fashion house brought in Arca for its latest catwalk collection.
The former Crack Magazine cover star soundtracked Burberry’s AW20 runway show with suitably cerebral electronics. Sisters Katia and Marielle Labèque also performed on piano. The show marks the first time the three musicians have performed for the luxury brand. Check out the announcement below.
Burberry’s AW20 collection saw chief creative officer Riccardo Tisci play on the classic Burberry colour palette – khaki, green, camel and beige. The show featured maxi sequin dresses, deconstructed rugby shirts, leopard print and tassle detailing on dresses. The collection, named Memories, has been described as an “intimate reflection of Riccardo Tisci’s personal archive”, inspired by “travel and discovery”. Supermodels Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, Gigi Hadid and Irina Shayk walked the runway.
