Kamasi Washington has shared The Bombshell’s Waltz, a previously unreleased piece of music from the sessions for his debut album The Proclamation.
Released exclusively on Amazon Music, the track serves as an accompaniment to the news that a new concert film, Kamasi Washington: Live at The Apollo Theater, will be released on the platform this Friday (7 February). The film, directed by Michael Garber, was recorded last year and features appearances from the likes of DJ Battlecat and Dwight Trible.
