The XL Recordings boss has unveiled his next project.
Richard Russell has announced a new Everything Is Recorded album. Entitled Friday Forever, the LP will land on 3 April via XL, one day after the release of his memoir Liberation Through Hearing. The single 03:15am / Caviar has also been released, featuring Ghostface Killah and Infinite Coles. Listen to the track via the player above.
Friday Forever will also feature guest appearances from AK Paul, Penny Rimbaud, Flohio, Maria Somerville and more. The album is set to be the follow-up to the project’s 2017 self-titled debut, which includes collaborations with Sampha, Syd and Giggs.
In January, Russell released the single 10:51pm / The Night, which came with a video directed by Ground Work.
