Machina Bristonica postpones upcoming edition due to coronavirus

The Bristol festival was due to take place on 21 March.

Machina Bristonica is postponing its second edition, which was originally set to take place on 21 March at Motion. The announcement comes amidst increasing concerns over the global COVID-19 pandemic.

In an official statement, the team behind Machina Bristonica said, “The measures taken by governments throughout Europe and around the world have affected many of the brands and artists set to be part of this years event making it simply impossible for us to continue.”

Moreover, they stated that they “need to take into serious consideration the government health warnings and the potential risk to attendees and their families”, adding that “health and safety is everyone’s primary concern here and we simply can’t ignore the current regulations.”

All purchased tickets will be valid for the rescheduled edition, or can be fully refunded via ticket seller outlets.
