The couple welcomed their first child together into the world last night.
Grimes and Elon Musk have announced the birth of their first child. Musk first shared the news on Twitter last night when responding to users asking about the baby. A few hours later, Musk shared a photo of his new child with a face tattoo Instagram filter. When asked about the baby’s gender, the Tesla founder simply replied ‘Boy’. Grimes has previously stated in interviews the couple would let their child choose their own gender as they grow up.
Grimes and Elon Musk made their relationship public at the 2018 Met Gala with the singer-producer announcing her pregnancy back in January this year. The couple have named the child X Æ A-12 Musk.
