All proceeds will go direct to the NHS.

Lovebox Festival has released a special edition t-shirt, all proceeds from which will go to NHS charities and supplying frontline workers with PPE during the coronavirus pandemic. Limited to 500 items, the shirt costs £25 and features a design chosen by Lovebox fans on social media.

Proceeds from the shirt will be split evenly between NHS Charities Together and a 3D printed PPE scheme which aims to producer 250 protective visors per day for frontline NHS staff. The shirt is produced by Everpress and created with sustainable, eco-friendly organic cotton.

Richard McGinnis of Lovebox festival and The Merchant PPE for NHS fund said in a statement: “Since we realised the severity of the PPE issue we have put all efforts towards trying to help. After building and programming over 20 3D printers with the direction of Paul Heneghan, we have now optimised the printing to turn out up to 250 per day. We are getting these direct to NHS front-liners who are picking them up in ambulances, or we are dropping off direct. We are receiving calls and emails from all over the country. The situation is much worse than we imagined. We will keep going as long as we can with the funds that we raise.”
