The British fashion house is hosting its SS21 show as a Twitch live stream experience.
Burberry is set to open London Fashion Week today (17 September) by presenting its SS21 collection as a Twitch live stream. A star-studded panel of hosts – featuring Erykah Badu, Rosalía, former Crack Magazine cover star Steve Lacy and Bella Hadid – will open the show with a pre-runway conversation at 12.30pm (BST). The show will begin at 1pm (BST).
For the runway presentation, Burberry will make use of Twitch’s Squad Stream functionality, which will allow users to experience multiple perspectives and chat online. No guests will be attending the show in person.
