Noname has shared her first track of 2021.
RAINFOREST is produced by The Kount and features vocals from fellow Chicago artist Adam Ness.
Noname only released on track in 2020, Song 33, which many speculated was a response to J. Cole’s Snow on tha Bluff. Elsewhere, the Noname Book Club grew into a global community of readers and PoC voices focusing on two books each month written by authors of colour. The organisation’s Prison Program also gets books to those incarcerated across the US.
Noname’s next LP, Factory Baby, is coming this year but a release date has not yet been revealed. It will be the follow-up to 2018’s Room 25.
