TSVI announces first solo project in three years, Sogno

The Nervous Horizon co-founder explores “dream states and altered states of consciousness” on the new six-track EP.

TSVI is releasing a new EP. Entitled Sogno, it marks the Nervous Horizon co-founder’s first solo outing in three years, following collaborative releases such as 2020’s Hyperaesthesia with object blue, as well as a string of notable projects released under his Anunaku moniker. The EP announcement arrived alongside the release of the project’s lead single Modulatrum. Listen to it below.

Sogno is said to be inspired by “surreal dreamscapes, trance states and the concept of shadow work.” Across the EP, TSVI – real name Guglielmo Barzacchini – embarks on a “journey inside the mind’s most deep and intricate illusions and hallucinations,” according to a press release. Sonically, Barzacchini opts for a fusion of woozy techno and dancehall-inspired beats, as well as Italian ASMR and spoken word elements. Sogno features collaborations with Randomer and SVBKVLT‘s Seven Orbits.

Sogno is out on 11 June via Nervous Horizon. Pre-order the EP here and listen to TSVI and Wallwork’s Crack Mix below.
