The follow-up to 2018’s Devotion.

Tirzah has announced her next album. Entitled Colourgrade, the new project is slated for release on 1 October via Domino. To accompany the album’s announcement, the south London artist has today (24 June) shared a new single taken from the project. Tectonic was written alongside frequent collaborator Coby Sey during a series of jam sessions at London’s The Room Studios.

Back in April, Tirzah returned with track Send Me – her first new music in three years. It was followed up by another single called Sink In. The artist’s forthcoming release acts as a follow-up to her 2018 debut full-length Devotion. The new album has been described as a “subconscious snapshot from across a year when Tirzah was playing live regularly for the first time, in the depths of promoting Devotion and recorded soon after the birth of her first child and shortly before her second child was born.”

Domino will release Colourgrade on 1 October. Pre-order here and watch a new video for Tectonic below.
