It’s out later this month.

Dave has announced his next album. The forthcoming project is titled We’re All Alone In This Together and is scheduled for release on 23 July. It follows the south London artist’s debut album Psychodrama, which landed in 2019. Psychodrama won the 2019 Mercury Prize, as well as Album of the Year at the 2020 Brit Awards.

In our review of Psychodrama, we described the LP as, “an earnest and vulnerable tale of a black British man seeking to find some understanding of himself.” Writer Jesse Bernard also said: “There aren’t many coming-of-age stories in UK rap that have been as well-crafted and emotionally vivid as Dave’s Psychodrama. At least not since Boy in Da Corner.”

Back in April, Dave surprise released two new singles, Titanium and Mercury.
