The French festival will host its fifth edition from 9 to 13 November.
Positive Education returns next month for its fifth edition. For 2021, the festival will once again welcome a plethora of experimental and electronic music acts, with the likes of LSDXOXO, Shygirl, LCY, object blue, Eris Drew and Octo Octa locked in.
Elsewhere, Coucou Chloe, Jane Fitz, Lena Willikens, Pessimist, Crystallmess, Azu Tiwaline, Ivan Smagghe, Vladimir Ivkovic, Jennifer Cardini and more have also confirmed for the forthcoming event, which will take over the Cité du Design in the French city of Saint-Étienne.
Laurent Garnier will also head to the festival to present his 2021 film Off The Record at Le Méliès cinema. The new documentary was directed by Gabin Rivoire and chronicles the rise of techno through the eyes of Garnier.
Furthermore, Positive Education has lined up a programme for children that features DJing and music production workshops. The festival has also partnered with the Groupe d’Entraide Mutuelle de Saint-Etienne – an association that works with people with disabilities – on an accessible day party session.
