Rewire Festival has added more than 20 new artists and projects to its 2022 line-up.
The likes of Caterina Barbieri, Coby Sey, Evian Christ, SKY H1 & Mika Oki and claire rousay will perform live at the event. Tirzah, Anna von Hauswolff and Tarta Relena have also been added to the bill. Elsewhere, Indonesian composer Dewa Alit has been locked in for a collaborative performance alongside his ensemble Gamelan Salukat.
Previously, Rewire announced Grouper, Circuit des Yeux, Jana Rush, Slikback, Jenny Hval, AYA and Sweatmother, plus our November issue cover star Blackhaine, for the upcoming event. The festival will also host a plethora of collaborative projects and performances, including one between Japanese artist Ryoji Ikeda and music ensemble Les Percussions de Strasbourg. Helm and Nate Boyce, MSYLMA and Ismael, and James Ginzburg and Ziúr, among others, will also perform collaboratively at Rewire’s 11th edition.
