Joy Orbison has dropped a new track today (16 March).

The still slipping vol.1 artist has shared his latest release, Pinky Ring, and it’s inspired by the energy he’s felt since returning to DJing. This follows on from the launch of his monthly London party Just For You earlier this year, which kicked off on 20 January.

In an Instagram post Joy Orbison – aka Peter O’Grady – said Pinky Ring was “one of the first bits of music I made in the studio after still sipping, inspired in part by wanting to have new music for my club night but mostly by my lady dragging me to d’n’b parties again.” [sic]

The new release comes ahead of the still slipping club night he’s hosting at Ministry of Sound on 3 April with Tokyo clothing brand Cav Empt. The line-up for the event features Rosa Pistola, James Massiah, Geeneus with Tippa, Felix Hall, Lady Passion and Tia Cousins.
