The eco-conscious French event returns this weekend.

Sarcus Festival has unveiled the full line-up for its upcoming edition, set to take place at historic Château-Monastère de la Corroirie site in the picturesque Loire Valley from 9-11 September.

For the first time, Sarcus is inviting international acts to the event for its sixth edition. The likes of Jane Fitz, Phoung Dan and Lena Willikens will play out at the festival. They’ll be joined by a slew of local and national DJs and musicians including Bambounou and Voiski at the September weekender, which aims to bring together dance music, performance, nature and visual art. The likes of Rubi, GiGi FM and Jamie Tiller are also billed.

International artists will be travelling to the festival via more sustainable modes of travel, with a zero-plane-travel policy in place as part of the festival’s eco-friendly commitments. These also include the provision of vegetarian food options, working with local vendors and limits on energy usage.

Sarcus Festival takes place on 9-11 September. Head to the event’s website for tickets and listen back to a Crack Mix from Rubi, shared ahead of this year’s festival, below.
