NOW Gallery has announced a new show focusing in on the role of satire and its uses. Human Stories: The Satirists features work from Stephen Tayo, Thandiwe Muriu, Thy Tran, Nguyen Smith, Bubi Canal, and Leonard Surajaya.

The show aims to unseat entrenched biases by using photography to explore satire’s uses, especially in relation to interconnectedness – and provides work that aims to transcend societal boundaries and constructs.

Speaking about the exhibition, Kaia Charles, curator at NOW Gallery said: “We are thrilled to be spotlighting this diverse group of artists and photographers, bringing together an evocative collection of works which traverse cultural modalities of a post Pandemic world.”

Human Stories: The Satirists will be free entry and runs from 13 October to 13 November at Greenwich Peninsula. You can find out more information here.
