ION Festival announces first wave of acts for 2023 edition

DJ Stingray, HAAi, Dixon and more have been announced to play the Albanian festival.

ION Festival has announced the first wave of acts for its 2023 edition, taking place in Dhermi, Albania from 6-13 September.

Over the course of 7 days, taking place by the Ionian Sea, 3000 visitors will descend on Dhermi for a week of music surrounded by scenic beaches and landscapes.

Restoration sessions will also be available during the festival, with yoga, breathwork and other activities on offer.

The first acts announced are: Chaos In The CBD, Daniel Avery, Dixon, DJ Seinfeld, DJ Stingray, Francesco Del Garda, Gene On Earth, HAAi, Helena Hauff, Laurine, Nicolas Lutz, Otik, Sam Bangura, Sonja Moonear and Storm Mollison

Music partners such as Bizarre Trax, Eat Your Own Ears, Half Baked and more have all been announced for the festival.

ION’s website reads: “Building on the foundations laid in 2022, we hope to further our artistic vision, taking into account our core values – Dance, Explore, Connect – as we land back in Albania.

“From the music policy and line-up to wellness and local activities, we will continue to offer a one-of-a-kind event that is not just a music festival, but a community experience worth sharing. All situated in one of Europe’s most idyllic locations, this will be another incredible week in our hidden paradise.”
