The directorial debut from Molly Manning-Walker (also cinematographer on Charlotte Regan’s Scrapper), How To Have Sex is available to stream exclusively on MUBI from today (29 December). The film follows three British teenage girls on their post-GCSE holiday, documenting the rites-of-passage trip to Malia as they navigate the complexities of sex, consent and self-discovery.

The British drama – which stars Mia McKenna-Bruce as the main protagonist – draws on Manning-Walker’s own experiences of a holiday to a Mediterranean resort when she was a teenager. How To Have Sex is also scored by James Jacob, aka Jakwob who has worked with the likes of Charli XCX, Shygirl and Nia Archives.
