The festival returns for its 7th edition from October 11-13, taking over venues across Sheffield and Rotherham.
Since 2017, No Bounds Festival has made its name building connections between music, culture, art and technology. Spotlighting local talent and attracting names from all over the world, the Sheffield-based festival puts the creative, disruptive spirit of the city at its centre, engaging with local venues, culture and communities.
Featuring a spread of artists across genres, from up-and-coming names to well-established artists, this year’s theme is ‘Agency & Revelation’. So far, the line-up stars grime originator Flowdan, as well as Manuka Honey, Lord Spikeheart, DJ Storm, Iceboy Violet & Nueen, Tara Clerkin Trio, Batu, and the first ever b2b between TSVI & Stenny.
Local legends appear throughout the programme, including Sheffield bassline legend Big Ang, local sound systems Sinai Sound System and Raze Sound System, and MC and producer Coco.
This year also welcomes a collaboration with BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ collective The Beatriarchy, inviting PXSSY PALACE, Colecta, Gracie T, MYNA and Shannon From Admin. Else where in the city, Algorage x Pattern Club will host a live coding workshop, and Amy Carter Gordon of Hallam University will put on an art exhibition across several venues to explore the climate crisis, as well as disparities between promises and prosperity, amongst other themes.
