No Bounds reveals final line-up and day splits for 2024

The festival returns to Sheffield and Rotherham for its seventh edition from 11-13 October

No Bounds has revealed the final details and day splits for its seventh edition, which will take place at various venues in Sheffield and Rotherham from 11-13 October.

Kicking things off on Thursday, FM Synthesis pioneer John Chowning will deconstruct his groundbreaking work in collaboration with Sheffield University, hosting both a panel and playback viewing. On Friday, No Bounds will then head to Sheffield Cathedral for live performances from Tara Clerkin Trio, Iceboy Violet & Nueen and more, before the night continues at Hope Works with the likes of Flowdan, DJ Storm and grindcore specialist Lord Spikehart.

Saturday offers a daytime dub and dancehall session with Manuka Honey and Kelman Duran, followed by performances from Batu, re:ni, and a live set debut from local experimentalist 96 Back. The festival wraps up on Sunday with a concert at the Chapel of Our Lady featuring Ayusp, Akmd Kharoub, Tante Verte and more, before a return to Hope Works for a closing party with The Silver Field, Karl D’Silva, Vanishing, Astrels, Lo Shea and Betty b2b Linnemann.

As previously announced, No Bounds are teaming up with BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ collective The Beatriarchy, who, working with the Oram Awards, will spotlight their 2024 winner Lola De La Mata at Sheffield Cathedral. This year’s edition will also feature an exhibition by Tom J Newell, an installation from Sheffield-based artist Melville and drone yoga sessions.
