The French-Egyptian artist and UK producer recently teamed up for their first EP together, Zero.
Multidisciplinary artist Susu Laroche – an anagram of ‘chaos lure us’ – has linked up with producer MOBBS on a new collaborative EP titled Zero.
The pair have now released the video for ‘Roam’, the second of five tracks on the project.
Visually, the video captures the both Laroche’s hazy sound and MOBBS’ shadowy production, portraying a blurry dancing figure backdropped by shapeshifting kaleidoscopic lights.
“I wanted this film to absorb the music, for it to act as a sponge, soaking up all the layers as opposed to it ever trying to say something other,” said Laurie Lynch, who created the video alongside Laroche. “It’s more a sensory experience as opposed to anything narrative led. Think of it what you will, interpret how you wish. It’s a feeling rather than a statement.”
