The Dandy Warhols and The Black Angels announce a co-headline tour in 2024, coming to Glasgow, Manchester, London and Bristol from 1-6 October.
The tour follows the release of The Dandy Warhols’ ROCKMAKER album – a kaleidoscopic collection of tracks that responds to what they saw as a lack of records featuring heavy guitar riffs. From the raw punk of The Summer of Hate to the acid-rock of I’d Like To Help You With Your Problem and the shadowy, Debbie Harry-featuring echoes of I Will Never Stop Loving You, it’s an album that’s as eclectic as it is impactful.
The co-headline comes as no surprise – after releasing their Wilderness of Mirrors album in 2022, The Black Angels are regarded as standard-bearers of modern psychedelic rock. Both offering a fresh perspective on the genre, the tour is set to bring together a rock infusion of the two bands.
The Dandy Warhols and The Black Angels 2024 co-headline tour dates are:
1 Oct – O2 Academy Glasgow
2 Oct – O2 Ritz Manchester
3 Oct – O2 Forum Kentish Town, London
6 Oct – O2 Academy Bristol
Tickets are available at The Dandy Warhols’ website.
