BBK’s Wikipedia page has recently been given an update, including the Labour leader as a member of the grime collective.
Ever since the snap general election was announced in April, grime MCs – including JME, AJ Tracey, Novelist and Akala – have voiced their support for the MP on Twitter. Pro-Corbyn posters started appearing around London linking the grime artists with the politician and last weekend, JME took to Corbyn’s Snapchat feed to urge viewers to register to vote. Furthermore, the website ‘Grime 4 Corbyn‘ has emerged urging people to register to be included in a draw for a secret party in London.
