The Cinematic Orchestra to release first album in 12 years

To Believe, the long-awaited follow-up to 2007’s Ma Fleur, will be released on 15 March.

The Cinematic Orchestra have announced their first new album in 12 years. Entitled To Believe, the announcement comes with the lead single A Caged Bird/Imitations of Life, featuring Roots Manuva.

Originally released on 11 January, the single was initially only available on 12-inch vinyl via independent retailers. As of today (15 January), it’s widely available on digital streaming services.

The forthcoming LP will see duo Jason Swinscoe and Dominic Smith team up with a number of guests including Moses Sumney, Heidi Vogel and Dorian Concept.

Details of live dates have also been confirmed for 2019, including three evenings at London’s Roundhouse.
