A remix album of SOPHIE’s debut LP Oil of Every Pearl’s Un-Insides will arrive inside a custom clutch bag.
SOPHIE has released a limited edition remix version of her debut studio LP, Oil of Every Pearl’s Un-Insides. The album is a non-stop remix edition, and instead of a CD case, a custom clutch purse will house the discs. The clutch-bag-CD-combo was announced today (17 July) via a Twitter post, revealing that only 100 items are available.
The clutch itself was produced in collaboration with designers Mawi and Ciaran Moore and is available in either a red or black version. The fashion/audio collector’s item will retail at $285.
The original album made Crack Magazine’s Top 50 Albums of 2018 list and garnered plenty of praise, including a Grammy nomination for Best Dance/Electronic Album.
