With just over two weeks until it kicks off, the organisers of Morocco’s Oasis Festival have unveiled a new arts and culture space, The Mbrai House.
The Mbrai House will host performances from Sampha, Petite Noir, ISSAM, DJ Lag and more. Furthermore, art will be provided by the likes of Marrakech based ceramicist Bouchra Boudoua and Malian photographer Malick Sidibé. The programme for the new space has been curated by not-for-profit contemporary art museum MACAAL and London based collective Art Comes First.
This announcement concludes the programme for Oasis Festival’s fifth year, with headliners including Four Tet and Amelie Lens. Previously unveiled artists also include Horse Meat Disco, Jayda G, Mall Grab and Moodymann.
Oasis festival takes place between 13 and 15 September in Marrakech.
