The former Crack Magazine cover star has made a long-awaited return.

M.I.A. has released her first new track in three years, entitled OHMNI 202091. The track can be streamed for free via her Patreon account. On Twitter, she described the song as “free music to get you the fuck up outta bed”.

In January, the Sri Lankan rapper said that her new album is “nearly finished“, and that it’ll land “on a normal label, same as the others”. M.I.A.’s last full-length was 2016’s AIM, which includes the singles Borders, Go Off and Bird Song. Last year, she was named a Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) for her services to music.
