DJs can apply for grants from Arts Council England

Each grant will range from £2,000 to £10,000.

Arts Council England are now taking DYCP applications, which stands for Developing Your Creative Practice. The fund is for DJs, artists, performers, arts and cultural educators, creative technicians and more. With a budget of £18 million, there will be four rounds of grants between October 2020 and October 2021. The first round is now open for applications and closes on 5 November. Applicants can reapply for each round.

The £18 million budget comes from National Lottery funding, and successful applicants will receive a grant ranging from £2,000 to £10,000.

“We know that Covid-19 has had a significant impact for individuals, and many will need to develop themselves and their work to respond to the new environment,” Arts Council England stated on their site. “We want to support as many people as possible to reshape and redefine their work and continue to make a positive impact on creativity and culture.”
