Ross From Friends has launched a new label.
Felix Clary Weatherall, otherwise known as Ross From Friends, has launched the imprint Scarlet Tiger. The first release is a track of his own entitled Burner. Listen to it via the player above.
“I’ve always sent music back and forth with friends and folk I’ve met online over the years,” Weatherall said, “amassing all of this music, so it made perfect sense for me to start a label to release all of it.”
“There seems to be a general path that flows through all of the things that grab me which is some kind of UK electronic music.” According to the press release, there will be an “intimate approach” to the label’s art direction.
The producer’s last full-length project was the 2018 LP Family Portrait, released via Flying Lotus’ Brainfeeder label. Listen to his Crack Mix below.
